The staff has been trained to welcome and accompany people with disabilities in complete safety.

SERMA offers a 50% discount on passes for the disabled person and their companion (limited to 1 companion), upon presentation of a valid disability card. This discount applies to winter and summer seasons.

The Prodains cable car is fully adapted to provide access to the resort of Avoriaz by soft mobility.
Parking for the disabled
Prodains car-park ➜ 4 handicapped parking stall with a direct access to the Prodains cable car. This is the most suitable access for people with reduced mobility. Go there.
Ardent car park ➜ 2 handicapped parking stall. In winter, for people with reduced mobility, parking is recommended in the middle of the car park, near the bridge, to access the Ardent lift via the Parchets ski slope. Go there.
Morzine Palais des Sports car park ➜ 4 handicapped parking stall. Please note that the Super-Morzine lift does not have the capacity to accommodate a wheelchair. Go there.
