Aware of the importance of offering access to the mountain for all,
specific measures have been put in place to make the Avoriaz ski lifts accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The staff has been trained to welcome and accompany people with disabilities in complete safety.
Attention : visually impaired, blind or olygophrenic people must be accompanied for their own safety and that of others.

Our preferential rates
SERMA offers a 50% discount on passes for the disabled person and their companion (limited to 1 companion), upon presentation of a valid disability card. This discount applies to winter and summer seasons.

Elevators & Ramps
We have been committed to making its facilities accessible to people with disabilities. This includes elevators and wheelchair ramps.
The Prodains cable car is fully adapted to provide access to the resort of Avoriaz by soft mobility.
Public toilets
Plusieurs toilettes publiques adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des personnes à mobilité réduite sont présentes sur le domaine ski / VTT :
There are several public toilets adapted to the specific needs of people with reduced mobility on ski / MTB area:
Lindarets ➜ accessible toilets at the hetaed picnic room.
Prodains ➜ accessible toilets at the entrance of the Prodains cable car.
Proclou ➜ accessible toilets at the bottom station of the Proclou chairlift.
Parking for the disabled
Parking des Prodains ➜ 4 places handicapées au niveau de la “dépose minute” avec accès direct et de plain-pied au téléphérique des Prodains. C’est l’accès le plus adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Y aller.
Ardent car park ➜ 2 handicapped parking stall. In winter, for people with reduced mobility, parking is recommended in the middle of the car park, near the bridge, to access the Ardent lift via the Parchets ski slope.
Morzine Palais des Sports car park ➜ 4 handicapped parking stall. Please note that the Super-Morzine lift does not have the capacity to accommodate a wheelchair.
