The number on your hands-free card is made up of a series of characters (letters or numbers) separated by hyphens and without spaces, as shown on the model opposite.
Please note:
- There can be no letter O in your card number, only the number 0.
- Older cards could have 2 numbers, but these cards are not reloadable. We invite you to buy a new card online when you purchase your package, or directly at the cash desk.
