During the renovation work carried out on the Ardent lower station building, a new sales area was created based on a similar concept to that of the administrative building.
This offers various sales options to reduce customer waiting times: indoor ticket offices, indoor and outdoor ticket machines and collection points. It provides a more diverse service and a higher quality space for our customers.
Our assistant managers, Marie-Ange VANSHEEUWYCK and Nelly GAY, who have been working at this ticket office for several seasons, were the first to work there in the winter of 2025/26. They note that customers appreciate this new space, as well as the easy access to the boarding platform provided by the elevator and escalator. Nelly finds that the hostesses are well showcased by the large reception desk and greatly appreciates the direct contact with customers.

The work will be completed in spring 2026.
