Safety Rules for Boarding

Mountain bikes :

Permitted on all lifts except the Lindarets chairlift. Please refer to the regulations for each lift regarding wheel diameter and tire width.

Tandem mountain bikes :

Prohibited throughout the Avoriaz mountain bike area and on all lifts except the Prodains Express cable car.

Shotguns (front MTB child seats) and child seats :

Prohibited on all MTB trails and lifts in Avoriaz except the Prodains Express cable car.

Children under 12 months :

Permitted only on the Prodains Express cable car and the Super-Morzine & Ardent gondola lifts. Under parental supervision.

Prohibited on all lifts in the Avoriaz ski area.

People with reduced mobility or special equipment with an AVEL permit :

Prohibited on the Téléski des Ecoles.

Pets:

Animals must be on a leash and wear a collar or harness. Under the customer’s responsibility.

Prohibited on the Téléski des Ecoles and the Prolays chairlift.

Injured persons (mountain bikers or pedestrians):

Prohibited on all lifts in the Avoriaz ski area.
