more than two days are strictly personnal

TRANSFERABLE.
The hands free card is not refundable but is reusable
-Senior citizens, children and youth : to qualify for special tarif
passes, official identification must be presented.
Senior citizen: over 63 years old
Children: from 5 to 15 years old
Youth : 16 to 19 years old.
The Avoriaz ski pass is free for seniors over 75 years old
according to certain conditions : smart card lift pass, recent
photograph and identity document are required.-Ski passes valid for
eight days or more are only valid with a recent photograph.
You may purchase your ski pass with euros, bank card, or cheque
with passport. Only french cheques accepted;
Payment over 3000.00 ¤ is not allowed.
SKI PASSES MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK POINTS AND THE BEARER
MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVE HIS/HER IDENTITY.
-During their validity, passes give access to unlimited use of ski
lifts open, within the boundaries set by the category of the
pass.
THE USER MUST BEAR HIS/HER SKI PASS DURING TRANSPORTATION
FROM THE POINT OF DEPARTURE TO THE ARRIVAL AREA OF THE SKI
LIFT.
-Absence of a ski pass or use of an irregular or falsified one is
subject to a third category fine. Commiting this illegal act will
subject you to a penalty equal to five times the value of the lift
pass and/or criminal prosecution (art.L342-15, R342-19 and R 342-20
of tourism code). If found guilty of using a false lift pass or a
ski pass marked with a name and photo other than your own, will be
immediately confiscated as proof of wrong doing and returned to the
rightful owner.
PENALTY FOR USING A FALSE SKI PASS :
Season pass: 200¤
Adult in possession of a children's or
senior citizen pass: 41¤
Other cases, refer to transport regulations code.
LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE: Ski passes found are kept
at the central ski lift office situated at the cable car arrival
area in AVORIAZ.
LOST PASSES CANNOT BE REPLACED OR REIMBURSED,
except special cases mentioned in the transport regulations
code.
Passes are not reimbursed in the event of a skiing accident, or any
other incident that prevents the bearer from using the ski lift
installations.
-The "Hand free" access to lift installations in no way exempts the user from presentation of his/her ski pass at checkpoints, if required to do so by ski lift personnel.
- Ski pass purchase entails knowledge and complete acceptance of the transport regulations code for the ski lift installations in Avoriaz, a copy of which can be consulted at the central ski lift office and at each of our company's ski pass ticket offices.
-Cable car passes issued to co-owners in Avoriaz, are not valid
for ski use.
SERMA does not guarantee either that all the ski lift in Portes du
Soleil will be working properly, or that it is possible to ski on
all the slopes in the ski area.
-Connections for the Portes du Soleil area operated from the 18th
December 2010 until the 25th April 2011 depending on snow
conditions.
-Avoriaz ski-area will be open until the 25th April 2011 depending
on snow conditions.
-Temporary interruption of services due to bad weather does not entitle the bearers of passes to compensation.
ONLY THE COMPLETE INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES FOR SEVERAL FULL DAYS GIVES THE BEARER THE RIGHT TO COMPENSATION, EITHER AN IMMEDIATE PROLONGATION, A ONE DAY SKI CREDIT, OR A REFUND UPON RECEIPT OF WRITTEN PROOF PRODUCED WITHIN TWO MONTHS.
